The AGM is usually held in October or November each year. Apart from the formalities of reporting to members on the past year’s activities and finances, and electing a committee, the AGM is an opportunity for members to catch up while enjoying drinks and canapes.
The 2024 AGM was held on Thursday, 24 October, and again kindly hosted by Maserati Melbourne at their showroom at 362 Swan Street, Richmond. At the meeting, members resolved to approve the financial statements for FY24, and to maintain subscription levels unchanged for the next financial year. Prior to and after the meeting, there was ample time for members to socialise while admiring the fabulous cars on display in the showroom.
