The AGM is usually held in October or November each year. Apart from the formalities of reporting to members on the past year’s activities and finances, and electing a committee, the AGM is an opportunity for members to catch up while enjoying drinks and canapes.
The 2023 AGM was held on Thursday, 26 October and again kindly hosted by Maserati Melbourne at their showroom at 362 Swan Street, Richmond. Papers for the AGM were emailed to all financial members two weeks prior to the meeting. All resolutions set out in the Notice of Meeting were passed unanimously, and after the formalities there was a great opportunity to socialise with other members and enjoy refreshments while admiring the fabulous cars on display in the showroom.
