The AGM is usually held in October or November each year. Apart from the formalities of reporting to members on the past year’s activities and finances, and electing a committee, the AGM is an opportunity for members to catch up while enjoying drinks and canapes.
The 2025 AGM was held from 6.30 p.m. on Thursday, 6 November, and was again kindly hosted by Maserati Melbourne at their showroom at 362 Swan Street, Richmond. At the meeting, members were asked to resolve to approve the financial statements for FY25, to elect a committee, and to set subscription levels for the next financial year. Prior to and after the meeting, there was ample time for members to socialise while admiring the fabulous cars on display in the showroom. Papers for the AGM were emailed to members two weeks prior to the meeting.
