Raids

MOCA aims to hold a Raid every quarter. These events are an opportunity for members to meet at a starting point, then drive their cars to a scenic location – often with a way-stop at some interesting spot – and then enjoy a great lunch with fellow members.

Raid are organised by our Social Director, who has a knack for finding some great driving roads and special destinations – and for choosing sunny days.

Photos from recent Raids are shown in the Gallery.

Autumn Raid

Our Autumn Raid was held on Sunday, 28 April 2024. We met at Brunetti’s in Lygon Street (between Faraday and Grattan Streets) from 9.30 a.m. for coffee and pastries, and departed at 10.30 a.m. We travelled along the Calder Highway until Woodend and then took the Woodend-Daylesford Road turnoff to head to Lyonville, reaching the Radio Springs Hotel (1High Street, Lyonville) at noon, where we enjoyed lunch.

We look forward to another great outing for the Winter Raid, and will release details closer to the date.
