MOCA aims to hold a Raid every quarter. These events are an opportunity for members to meet at a starting point, then drive their cars to a scenic location – often with a way-stop at some interesting spot – and then enjoy a great lunch with fellow members.
Raid are organised by our Social Director, who has a knack for finding some great driving roads and special destinations – and for choosing sunny days.

Raid 45 – Around the Garages, Sunday 2 August 2026
We met at 10.30 a.m. at Bill Hemmings Elfin Heritage Centre at 29 Capella Crescent, Moorabbin for a tour of his collection. This was followed by a tour of two nearby private racing car workshops, which include Repco Brabham sports cars.
After the tours, we enjoyed lunch at 12.30 p.m. at Fat Bob’s Bar & Grill, where MOCA had a reserved area.
